great drawings by the way...
:iconmissmands:
ahh it was so good!!
and thanks :)

so did they play the album like a musical (without the dancing)? i seen them once and thought they were amazing (and they didn't play the concept-album back then...so it was "just" a normal show...but with the hazards of love the show should be so dramatic...oh damn i'd love to see that!). got pictures? ^^
:iconmissmands:
yeah they played the hazards of love straight through, but without much dancing (well i shouldn't say that the woman who sings the part of Margaret was doing a nice hippie dance). We were really lucky because i heard that they only performed that album for certain cities, boston was lucky I guess. Then the second half of the show was a bunch of old stuff which was also awesome but not as epic as the first half. I was two excited to take pictures haha, I took a couple but they came out like crap because my camera sucks. But when did you see them? Did they play a lot from picaresque? that's my favorite album but they only played one song from that.
:iconshecro:
aaah, that sounds fantastic! i seen them in cologne 2 years ago, they played a few picaresqe-songs as far as i remember "The Engine Driver", "The Mariner's Revenge Song" and "Of Angels and Angles". i put up some tiny videos (funny i only took videos from the named songs...) in my blog from that show, so if u wanna have a look: [link]

omg im so jealous! Those are my two favorite songs on that album! The mariner's revenge song must of been so great, that is such an awesome track. ill defiantly take a look, thanks!

And did you know that inspiration strikes at 3am?
I'm blessed, I'm cursed,
I'll write it down before I fall asleep again.
